  • No refunds for digital products under any circumstances.
  • This includes accidental purchases, change of mind, or lack of usage.

Services

  • Payments for services are non-refundable once the project has started.
  • If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate service termination.
  • License revocation.
  • Blacklisting from future purchases.
