Terms of Service

Agreement

By purchasing digital products or hiring services from Samadhi Rahal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, including international customers.

Digital Products (Scripts, Presets, Project Files)

• All digital products are delivered electronically.
• All sales are final. No refunds once a product has been purchased.
• You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the product for personal and commercial purposes, including:
  • Monetized YouTube videos
  • Client work
  • Freelance and agency projects
• Strictly Prohibited: Redistribution, resale, sharing, or gifting of purchased files to third parties is strictly prohibited, whether free or paid.
• Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate license termination.

Updates & Modifications

• Minor updates such as bug fixes or compatibility improvements may be provided free of charge.
• Major updates, feature expansions, or version upgrades may be offered as paid updates.
• There is no guarantee that all products will receive future updates.

Services – Video Editing

• Project scope, delivery time, and requirements are agreed upon before work begins.
• Payment Terms:
  • 50% advance payment to start the project
  • 50% payment before final delivery
• Revisions:
  • 1 free revision is included
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity.

Refusal of Service

Samadhi Rahal reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• The client violates these terms.
• The project involves illegal, harmful, or unethical content.
• Communication becomes abusive or unprofessional.

Limitation of Liability

Samadhi Rahal is not liable for:

• Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages.
• Misuse of digital products.
• Platform policy changes (YouTube, Meta, etc.).
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
